Liability Waiver

By signing this waiver I/ We agree to not hold the Brazos Valley Tree Farm or any employee of the Brazos Valley Tree Farm/ Little Millican Farm/Christmas at The Tree Farm accountable for any illness or injury that could potentially occur while participating in our events. I/We are participating in this event of my/our own free will and understand that I/We could be injured during this event to no adverse reaction of my/our own or the Brazos Valley Tree Farm/Little Millican Farm/ Christmas at The Tree Farm. The Brazos Valley Tree Farm / Litle Millican Farm/Christmas at The Tree Farm does not guarantee the safety of this event and encourages guests to please follow any instructions given by employees (remain seated during hayride, no jumping off trailer, etc.).

Please fill out the form below and screenshot, take a picture of, print, etc. the confirmation page proving the liability waiver has been signed to avoid having to fill it out again prior to getting on the hayride. If you are filling out electronically while waiting for the hayride, please show proof of completion to the tractor driver or parking attendant. ONE FORM CAN BE FILLED OUT PER GROUP.

Santa’s Playland Waiver

By signing this waiver, I/ We agree to not hold the Brazos Valley Tree Farm or any employee of the Brazos Valley Tree Farm accountable for any illness or injury that my child(ren) could potentially acquire while participating in our Christmas at the Tree Farm event in the Santa’s playland area. I consent for my child(ren) to participate, and they are participating in this event of their own free will and understand that they could be injured during this event to no adverse reaction of their own or the Brazos Valley Tree Farm. The Brazos Valley Tree Farm does not guarantee the safety of this event and encourages guests to please follow any instructions given by employees. By signing this form I acknowledge that my child is a minimum of 2 years old and a maximum of 7 years old and does not weigh more than 75 pounds.  

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Please have children follow employee instructions as well to avoid potential injuries to them or others.
